    Great blog! So enjoyed reading information regarding the benefits of fun. I do not have children but I completely believe in fun for adults. I am intrigued by the information regarding hula hooping and it makes me want to pick up a hoop and take a class. Looking forward to more from NAFF!!!!

          Yes, we take beginner’s as well as intermediate hoopers! Beginner’s are so much fun because of their enthusiasm to learn new tricks while getting their body in shape! Hula hooping is a full body workout and especially known for strengthening one’s core.. an important factor in maintaining balance and coordination as we age. Thank you for your comments Gus.
