Using our imagination works our creativity muscles. Studies have shown that imagination helps us with problem solving and can lead to better outcomes as we imagine various solutions. Problem solving can benefit our work, relationships and reduce stress and frustration.

I hope you have reasons to stir up your imagination today. It is a wonderfully human thing to do.

This photo was taken on a sunny day with the sun reflecting off the lake. When I first reviewed it, it caught my attention. At first glance it appeared that tiny globes of light were dancing above the empty bench. That got my imagination going and I began to imagine scenarios that likely would not unfold, but it was still such a fun exercise to do!

    Oh yes I see that!!!
Great post. If you are still and let your imagination take control it’s almost like a meditative state.
Love this picture and love this exercise!
